Welcome to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia Community Corner. The Heart and Stroke Foundation is a volunteer-based health charity, leading in the elimination of heart disease and stroke through the advancement of research and its application, the promotion of healthy living, and advocacy.
The purpose of the Community Corner is to link together heart disease and stroke patients, survivors, caregivers, and health professionals across Nova Scotia.
